Juicy, lively and full of fruit - this Auxerrois is a party in a glass. Citrus, ripe peach and juicy pear stand out, with a fresh, accessible style that appeals to everyone. The wine has a lovely balance between fruit and freshness, with a slightly saline finish that recalls the proximity of the sea.
A versatile wine that pairs excellently with asparagus, cockles and flatfish, but is also delicious as an aperitif on a sunny afternoon.

Estate information:
Kleine Schorre saw the light of day in 2001 and is a collaboration with the Luxembourg winery Cep d'Or. The village of Dreischor has a high number of sunshine hours, and the soil is very chalky and consists of a thick layer of shells. Ideal for viticulture. The constant wind also keeps many nuisances, fungi, etc., at bay; it rains little there and hail rarely falls. At Kleine Schorre, the grape varieties Rivaner, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Souvignier, Cabernet Blanc and Gewürztraminer are planted. Grape varieties that pair beautifully with the salty delights that Zeeland has to offer, such as mussels, lobster, oysters, shrimp and flatfish.
