The Mugler Souvignier Gris Trocken from Weingut M. Schädler is a wine that rewards curiosity. Souvignier Gris is a fungus-resistant grape variety bred in 1983 that enables sustainable viticulture with minimal crop protection - a true wine of the future. After a year of barrel aging, it displays the elegance of a white Burgundy, but with a character all its own.

100% Souvignier Gris, organically grown on the Maikammer Kapellenberg in the Palatinate. A year of barrel aging gives the wine extra depth and structure. Bright light yellow with golden highlights, featuring aromas of green and ripe apple, mirabelle plum, wild fruits, peach, and passion fruit. Elegant and fresh on the palate, with finely integrated acidity, soft tannins, and a long finish.
