Domain information
A small family estate near the town of Macon, at the foot of the Solutré rock. Didier and his wife, Catherine, have continued a family tradition. Their wine estate covers 10 hectares, primarily planted with Chardonnay grapes, and 7 hectares. The remainder is planted with Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes. Most of the vines are between 30 and 60 years old. Tripoz's white wines are of excellent quality, and its Macon and Bourgogne Blanc wines frequently win prizes at various wine competitions. This Chardonnay has even been named the "second best" Chardonnay in the Netherlands.
