Estate information:
The Saint Saturnin cooperative was founded in 1950 by Messrs. Besombes and Calmel. They responded to the request of local winegrowers to join forces and combine their strengths. The 'cathedral', as the building housing the cooperative is called, enabled the farmers to produce more cost-effectively and manage a joint sales channel. Luc Saint Roche is an excellent line of IGP wines from Mont Baudile, located at the foothills of Les Terrasses du Larzac in the Languedoc.
