Brothers Christophe and Sébastie Laffitte are the driving forces behind this 100-hectare winery. For generations, the family has been making wine in the village of Guillombeyrie in the Gers region, where the soil consists of salty, iron-rich sand. They work with great respect for the vineyard and nature, using minimal pesticides. Harvesting always takes place at night, and temperatures are kept low during vinification and further processing to preserve as much freshness and aromas as possible.
