Gustavshof Gustavshof is located in the heart of Rheinhessen, about 30 kilometers south of the city of Mainz. The Roll family has been farming 18 hectares of vineyards there for four generations and is a classic family business. Gustavshof has been 100% organic since 2004 and has even been biodynamic according to Demeter guidelines since 2012. In addition to well-known grape varieties like Riesling and Grauburgunder, the estate also cultivates varieties such as Dornfelder, Spätburgunder, Lemberger, and Regent.
