Domaine Gouffier is located in Fontaines, in the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise (Burgundy). The estate has a long family history and was led for many years by the Gouffier family before being taken over by Frédéric Gueugneau - a winemaker with experience at La Chablisienne. Since 2011, he and oenologist Benoît Pagot have implemented a modern, precise style of winemaking. Gouffier follows a sustainable and organic approach, with a strong focus on terroir expression.
