DolceVera Amarone della Valpolicella
Made from the finest grapes, harvested in late September and early October. After meticulous selection, they are placed in 6 kg crates and dried on straw mats for about three months.
After a 40% weight loss, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24°C, followed by maceration on the skins for approximately 30 days. The result is a luxurious, precious wine with a high alcohol content and impressive structure.

The DolceVera farm and vineyards are located in the village of Villa, on the hills of the Valpolicella Classico in the northeast of the municipality of Negrar.
We are in an area particularly suited to the production of Valpolicella red wines. In Villa, "the nectar of the gods" finds even greater expression, as wines of great longevity and character are produced here, such as Amarone.
The unique microclimate of these hills is ideal for viticulture: the west-facing location and an altitude of between 200 and 300 meters above sea level ensure a varied and high-quality harvest. The winery, built on a hill, overlooks the valley and offers a magnificent view of the harmonious rows of vineyards that evoke a green, tranquil sea in summer.
