Estate information:
Mirko Dagoli - entrepreneur, oenologist, and agronomist - took his first steps as a toddler in his grandfather's vineyard in the Marche region. At 31, he decided to channel his passion, heritage, and knowledge of grape varieties into the Chianti and Chianti Classico region.

In 2018, the company moved to Laterina Pergine Valdarno, where high-quality wine is produced. The renovation project - not just technological and architectural, but also conceptual - began with a symbolic gesture: the planting of an iris, the emblem of rebirth, which continues to grow to this day alongside Mirko's project.

"We tell who we are through our wines. Our wines must reflect the terroir, but also our philosophy, our way of working, and our taste. Every bottle tells who we are, where we come from, and where we want to go."
