Winery information:
Bodegas De Alberto Gutièrrez
The winery covers 80 hectares and is located in the town of Serrada, about 25 kilometers from Valladolid, and is housed in an old farmhouse founded by Dominican monks in the 17th century. The old galleries with their stone vaults form a true labyrinth under the town of Serrada. The total length exceeds 1 kilometer.
The area where De Alberto’s vineyards are located belongs to the D.O. Rueda in Central Spain and is intersected by the Duero River. It is one of the most ideal areas in the world for viticulture in terms of climate, soil, and location. In addition to these conditions, they work with the most modern equipment and techniques to bring the quality of the wines to the highest possible level.
