The ultimate oyster wine from the Languedoc! Picpoul de Pinet is renowned for its fresh, briny character that harmonizes perfectly with seafood. This 2024 vintage is crisply dry, with a mineral freshness and a subtle hint of citrus. The name Picpoul literally means "lip-stinger" due to its lively acidity. Fresh, salty, and dry - exactly as a good Picpoul should be. A quintessential summer wine, but also delicious with fish all year round.
