Fresh, dry rosé from the Languedoc
The Marquis de Lissac is an accessible, fresh rosé from the Languedoc. This wine comes from the "Les Vignerons d'Alignan" cooperative in the small village of Alignan, about 30 kilometers west of Montpellier. With 850 hectares of vineyards, this cooperative produces wines characterized by their balance, freshness, and purity.
Grapes & Vinification
The blend consists of Syrah and Cinsault, sourced from vineyards in the Côtes de Thongue. The grapes are carefully harvested and pressed immediately to preserve the delicate pale color. The result is a fresh rosé with aromas of raspberry and grapefruit, pleasant on the palate and nicely dry without any cloying sweetness – perfect for everyday enjoyment.
