Gustavshof is located in the heart of Rheinhessen, about 30 kilometers south of the city of Mainz. The Roll family has been cultivating 18 hectares of vineyards for four generations and is a classic family business. Gustavshof has been working 100% organically since 2004 and biodynamically according to Demeter guidelines since 2012. In addition to well-known grape varieties such as Riesling and Pinot Gris, varieties such as Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, Lemberger, and Regent are also planted.
