Pale yellow in color with aromas of white flowers and almonds. On the palate, the minority reveals the typical characteristics of the vineyard soils, with a creamy note, and finishes with honeyed flavors. This vintage and the long finish suggest this is a wine for aging.

Domain information:
The 23-hectare vineyards are located in the heart of Auxerre and are planted with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Aligoté. There are also some somewhat atypical grape varieties, such as Sauvignon Blanc and César.
A true family estate with a story to tell: Grandfather Jacques, son Jean Pierre, grandson Pascal, and soon great-grandson Pierre, all have developed or will continue to develop the estate. They have enriched it (or will enrich it) with their Burgundian experience and knowledge.
Meanwhile, due to the vagaries of marriage, an additional farm was added to the estate, a small plot of Champagne land. Passion for the land and love for this profession brought the people together and united them, and the name COQUARD was added to the name SORIN.
