The Domaine des Mariniers produces only one Pouilly-Fumé cuvée per vintage. As with all Joseph Mellot estates, the vines are cultivated using sustainable agricultural methods. In 2019, the estate received the High Environmental Value Certificate.
The strict selection of the grapes and vinification by terroir makes it possible to produce a wine that combines the fruity character of a gravelly soil with the mineral notes of the flint, so characteristic of Pouilly-Fumé.
Since 2020, the domain has been in conversion to the organic designation.
