The Barbou family's wines are highly sought after and consistently high in quality. They operate as sustainably as possible and avoid pesticides and growth stimulants. The soil is fertilized exclusively with natural fertilizers, and harvest results are influenced solely by the use of green waste.
Dominique and Veronique Barbou cultivate 23 hectares of vineyards outside the village of Oisly, in Touraine (Solonge). They are the fourth generation of Barbous involved in winemaking. It all began when Fabel Barbou purchased his first plot in his native region in 1923 to start growing wine.
