Mirko Dagoli - entrepreneur, oenologist, and agronomist - took his first steps as a toddler in his grandfather's vineyard in the Marche region. At 31, he decided to apply his passion, heritage, and knowledge of grape varieties to the Chianti and Chianti Classico region.

In 2018, the company moved to Laterina Pergine Valdarno, where high-quality wine is produced. The renovation project began with a symbolic gesture: planting an iris, the emblem of rebirth, which continues to grow to this day alongside Mirko's project.
