The winery covers 80 hectares and is located in the town of Serrada, about 25 kilometers from Valladolid, and is established in an old farmhouse founded by Dominican monks in the 17th century. The old galleries with their stone vaults form a true labyrinth beneath the town of Serrada. The total length exceeds 1 kilometer.

The area where the De Alberto vineyards are located belongs to the D.O. Rueda in Central Spain and is intersected by the Duero River.
