Le Rivage Blanc is a gourmet white wine from the Languedoc, originating from vineyards along the Bassin de Thau. The wine is a refined blend of Chardonnay, Viognier, and Roussanne, partly fermented and aged in new oak.
In the glass, it displays a clear golden-yellow color. The nose is intense and complex, with aromas of ripe white and yellow fruit, white flowers, and subtle notes of honey, butter, and toast, thanks to the oak aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy, with a round attack, beautifully integrated acidity, and a fresh, mineral tension. The finish is long, elegant, and slightly spicy.
